Getting StartedCoaching by phone For convenience all coaching is done by telephone and e-mail, not in person. This has become an efficient way of coaching since it eliminates travel time and travel expense. Phone coaching also allows me to coach anyone regardless of where you live. Coaching by phone can also help you to plan your day around your appointment knowing it will take only 45 minutes. The coach calls are power sessions where we focus on what is important and set up a plan of action. Some clients prefer to meet me in person for the first session which can be arranged, but is not mandatory. Complementary session If you are undecided about hiring me as your coach or have additional questions I will be happy to extend to you a 30 minute complementary exploratory session by phone. This can be scheduled by phone or feel free to send me an e-mail. Frequency of sessions and commitment After you have made a decision to hire me as your coach I will ask you to make an initial 3 month commitment for us to work together. This will consist of a total of nine 45 minute sessions typically scheduled 3 times per month. Your coaching fee also includes access to me through e-mails and phone calls between sessions; 5-10 minutes in duration as needed. At the end of the 9 sessions you may continue coaching sessions if you choose. The benefits of coaching build over time. In order to make this experience as valuable as possible, I encourage you to make this commitment to yourself. Payment and process The next step is to send payment to me (please inquire about the cost of your investment). I will give you payment information when you have made your decision. Please note that the payment must arrive at my office before we can begin the process. Payment is due before each series of three coaching sessions begin. When the payment is received I will send by e-mail a welcome letter, coaching agreement/procedures, and a personal assessment questionnaire. The questionnaire is for you to fill out and e-mail back to me at least one day before our first coaching session. The questionnaire is a valuable and imperative tool used in our coaching partnership, as it helps me to get to know more about you and greatly helps you to gain clarity and focus about what you want to accomplish through coaching. Pre-coach call form In-between coaching sessions I ask that you fill out a pre-coach call form consisting of 5 questions, then e-mail it back to me at least one day before our scheduled session. The purpose of this short questionnaire is to track your success and accomplishments and it gets both of us focused on what you want during our next coach call. You are now on your way to having weekly support, encouragement toward your success, and new resources that will inspire and motivate you to “live the life YOU choose”! You will be delighted that you have made the decision to “step in” and move your life towards greater balance, success and freedom. I look forward to our partnership. |
